International Olympiad Academy Terms and Conditions
By registering with the International Olympiad Academy (IOA), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
General Usage
By using our site or application in any capacity—including, but not limited to, making a record, purchasing digital content, filling out a survey, reviewing content, visiting, or using any interactive features—you consent to these terms.
Communication Permissions
By enrolling, you authorize us to add your email to our mailing list. You consent to receive regular email newsletters, promotional emails, and SMS messages at the email address and phone number you provided.
Content Usage
The content available on our website/application, including digital content and other items and services (collectively referred to as "Content"), is protected by copyright and is the intellectual property of IOA or our suppliers.
You may not copy, republish, duplicate, transfer, post, communicate, or disseminate any content from our site/application in any manner.
Digital Content Purchases
When purchasing digital content from our site/application, you agree to the following:
1. No Refund Policy: We will not provide refunds for digital content if:,
● You were unaware of the usage limitations.
● Your system or software does not meet the required specifications.
● You failed to verify the course prerequisites before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your educational needs.
2. Usage Limitations: Distribution or use of the material for educational purposes, teaching business foundations, or any commercial purposes without our written permission is strictly prohibited. This includes making additional copies, distributing logins, modifying, republishing, or publicly sharing any of the content. Additionally, each mock test offers a maximum of five attempts per student.
3. Submission of Material: By submitting any material for inclusion on the site, you grant us an unrestricted, non-exclusive, global license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, and combine the material, or otherwise utilize it. We may also sub-license these rights.
4. System Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that your PC, tablet, or smart device meets the minimum system and software requirements for the digital content. We recommend testing our sample digital content before purchasing.
5. Changes to Content: We reserve the right to change or discontinue any digital content, items, or services at any time. Depending on the supplier's terms, previously purchased digital content may no longer be available for repurchase, and refunds may not be possible.
Promotions and Offers
We may occasionally offer limited-time promotions and special offers, subject to change and availability. Discounts and offers apply to listed digital content, commodities, and rewards, and must be used according to the specific rules. Promotional discount coupons cannot be combined with other offers and cannot be applied retroactively. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotional offers at any time.
Messaging and Conduct
By agreeing to these terms, you commit to refraining from submitting any messages that are indecent, obscene, explicitly sexual, derogatory, threatening, or otherwise illegal. IOA maintains full control over all content and reserves the right to remove, modify, relocate, or close any content at any time.
Exam and Test Policies
Students are required to attend the yearly Olympiad Exam on the specified dates and times. Missed exams or tests will not be rescheduled, and no second chances will be provided.
Legal Jurisdiction
In the event of any legal proceedings, all aspects shall be governed by Indian law. All disputes and differences arising between the parties regarding these matters shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
