"You" refers to the individual or entity making the purchase of products or services from the IOA website. This includes students, parents, schools, or any other parties who are purchasing registration fees or other Olympiad-related products and services.
Terms and Conditions
Purchases: You can purchase products and services by following the instructions on the IOA website and making the applicable payment. This includes registration fees for the Math Kangaroo, International Science Olympiad, Hippo English Olympiad, and Codementum Coding Course, as well as purchases of E Reference Books, E Workbooks, Online Mock Tests, Online Classes and Past Year Papers.
Payment Responsibilities: You are responsible for all fees associated with your purchases. Payments are required in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
Payments through Schools and International Partners: We accept payments through schools and international partners. However, we are not responsible for these payments until we receive them. Access to registrations, products, and services will be granted only after we receive payment from these entities. Note that international partners will be coordinating solely for the International Science Olympiad (ISO).
Taxes: Payments are subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Service Taxes (GST) or similar taxes based on your country of residence.
Non-Transferable Fees: The product fee is non-transferable. Once paid, fees for products and services cannot be transferred to another individual or account.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all charges incurred through Third-Party Service Providers and agree to indemnify us from any loss related to their use. We are not liable for any claims arising from issues with Third-Party Service Providers.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Purchase Cancellation: Once a purchase is made, it is processed immediately. Cancellation requests will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued for any fees already paid.
Absentee Policy: If a student fails to appear for the Olympiad, online classes, mock tests, or other scheduled events on the appointed day, they will be declared absent, and no refund will be issued.
